Our practice is owned and operated by a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Jane Freitas
APRN-BC/Owner
I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College in 1996. While working in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Rhode Island Hospital, I pursued advanced education, earning a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Rhode Island in 2001.Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in various acute care and hospital settings, including the emergency department, cardiac catheterization lab, cardiology, and inpatient physical rehabilitation. Each experience enriched my expertise and deepened my passion for patient care. In early 2020, I realized I missed the hands-on aspect of nursing that first inspired me. This led me to explore aesthetics. Unfortunately, I had to put my desire to pursue aesthetics on the back burner due to the pandemic. In 2021, I was finally able to attend a course and become certified in botulinum toxin and dermal filler applications. Driven by a commitment to excellence, I completed advanced injection training several months later. Since then, I have become a PDO Max® thread-lift provider and a SottoPelle® provider. Transitioning into aesthetics has been one of the most fulfilling decisions of my career. Helping women and men enhance their natural beauty, restore youthful vitality, and boost their confidence brings me immense joy and professional satisfaction.
Brianna Paul BSN, RN
I proudly graduated from the Rhode Island College School of Nursing in May 2023, earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. From the start, I knew nursing was my calling—a way to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others during their most vulnerable moments. My passion for aesthetics grew from the realization that I could help people in a unique way—by enhancing their confidence and sense of self through personalized treatments. I am thrilled to bring my skills and compassion into practice, working hands-on with clients to help them look and feel their absolute best. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to renewed confidence and beauty.

The Reset-AgeJet®
AgeJET® is our advanced nitrogen plasma device — a next-generation, non-ablative approach to skin regeneration that reaches the dermis without disturbing the surface. Medical-grade nitrogen gas is converted into a precise, controlled plasma energy, delivering focused thermal pulses that encourage the skin’s own collagen and elastin production, so your body does the rebuilding. Because the epidermis stays intact throughout, recovery is calmer and more predictable than with older resurfacing lasers — a quiet renewal rather than a dramatic unveiling.
Best for: Fine lines and deeper wrinkles, sun damage and age spots, uneven texture, and early skin laxity, including a dedicated AgeJET® Eye protocol for crepey or sagging eyelid skin.
Treatment time: 60 minutes
Downtime: Light shedding and redness for several days as the skin renews itself.
Series: Often paired with SkinPen® as part of collagen renewal, alternating modalities for a build-then-boost approach.
Onset: Visible improvement begins as new collagen forms.
Longevity: Results continue to develop for up to 12 months as regeneration progresses.

The Renewal- SkinPen®
SkinPen® is the first FDA-cleared microneedling device in the U.S., backed by more than 90 validation studies. A precision hand-piece creates thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin, prompting your body’s own natural collagen induction response — no heat, lasers, or chemicals involved. It’s often where a longer skin story begins: quiet, cumulative, and built session by session rather than all at once.
Best for: Facial acne scars (adults 22+, all Fitzpatrick skin types) and neck wrinkles (Fitzpatrick II–IV) — often paired with other modalities as a foundation for broader texture and resurfacing goals.
Treatment time: About 60 minutes, numbing time included.
Downtime: Minimal — light redness for 24–48 hours, similar to a mild sunburn.
Series: Typically 3–6 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, for optimal results.
Onset: Visible improvement usually begins within 4–6 weeks of each session.
Longevity: Improvement builds progressively across the series, with results developing for months after the final treatment.

The Rebuild- Morpheus8®

Best for: Skin laxity, acne scarring, texture, fine lines, and face and body contouring.
Treatment time: About 90 minutes per session, including numbing time.
Downtime: Minimal — mild redness and swelling for 2–3 days.

platelet rich plasma
What is Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)?
PRP is the concentrated component from your own blood that contains nutrient rich cells and protein growth factors. Platelets are cells that are in the blood. They bind together when they recognize damaged blood vessels. Plasma is the largest component of your blood. The purpose of plasma is to transport nutrients, hormones, and proteins to the body.
What can PRP be used for?
PRP can be applied to the skin during or after micro needling procedures, Morpheus8 treatments or injected into the skin to help reduce fine lines, acne scars, dark circles under the eyes, improve skin texture. PRP can also be injected under the scalp for hair restoration.
How is PRP prepared?
A small amount of your blood is drawn and placed into a sterile tube. It is then spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelets from the blood resulting in platelet rich plasma.
Is PRP safe?
PRP is safe because it comes from your own blood.
PRP Pricing
- Add PRP to any Morpheus8 or Skinpen treatment $125
- PRP Injections for fine lines, wrinkles, tear troughs $500
- PRP Injections for hair restoration $700/session

Frequently Asked Questions
It takes 3-7 days before you begin to see the effects of your BTA treatment and the effects will generally last between 3 to 4 months.
There are many different types of filler products available, each with its own duration of action. Temporary fillers last between 3 months and 2 years depending on the specific product. You may discuss this at the consultation so we develop a treatment plan that works for you.
BTA is very well tolerated and safe when used for non-invasive cosmetic treatments. There have been reports of problems after BTA treatment, but these have been cases where large doses of BTA were used. (The amount of BTA used for cosmetic purposes is very small). While BTA does “paralyze” the muscles in the face, the effects are temporary and do not cause permanent problems.
While injectable treatment carries some risk, most fillers are very well tolerated and safe when used for cosmetic enhancement. Most fillers carry very few risks.
Filler injections can be used to treat wrinkles all over the face. Both shallow and deep wrinkles can be treated with cosmetic filler products. Filler products are also used extensively to add volume to the face, including the cheeks and lips to give you a more youthful appearance.
When injectable products are approved to be used in the United States, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) lists specific uses for those products. Most injectable products have been “approved” to treat specific areas of the face, and list these approved treatment areas on the product label. However, the principle effects of the product may be the same if used elsewhere on the face. When a product is used on an area of the face not specifically listed on the FDA package insert label, the use of the product is considered “off-label”. For example, Botox Cosmetic® may only be FDA approved to treat the wrinkles in the glabella area (“elevens”), resulting in a elimination or softening of those wrinkle and improved facial appearance. However injection of Botox Cosmetic® around the eyes may achieve the same cosmetic effect, but has not been officially approved but the FDA for that purpose. It is acceptable for medical professionals to use the products in an off-label manner in the United States, but you need to be informed and aware that the products are being used in this way.
